Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Malaysia (West Malaysia): 1–5 business days
  • Malaysia (East Malaysia): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors.

Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be stated clearly on the website.
Tracking Information
  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or provided through your account (if applicable).
Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate before completing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving or expected delivery date. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier service.


 

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us through HomeApothec Contact Page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exchanges

We may offer replacements or exchanges for defective or incorrect items subject to product availability.
